Onwubiko Jedidiah Solomon is a graduate of Federal University of Technology Owerri Imo state. He graduated from the department of Soil Science and Technology 2018 with a Second Class Upper division.Through hard work and dedication, he reached a milestone in his career when he graduated and became a professional Researcher in 2020. He is passionate with education in Nigeria to eradicate the knowledge gap between Nigeria and the developed world and since then, his research has progressed and evolved into new projects driven by the results of his experimentation..

He is a highly reliable and efficient individual with a knack for thinking outside the box coupled with the ability to adapt to changes in a very dynamic environment. He possess excellent communication,organisation and project management skills with little or no supervision seeking involvement and engagement with growing institutions where he can apply his knowledge to increase the institution’s competitive advantage in the society.

He desires to gain hands on skills in the work place and field so as to match up theories learnt in the classroom and trainings to real life practices and then proffer solutions where necessary having accepted full responsibilities of duties especially on sectors like sustainable agriculture, crop production, soil testing, soil management, fertilizer management, Pedology, Content Marketing, Technology, E-learning, Environmental Impact Assessment, Land Use Planning and Survey. He is a key volunteer in several NGOs in digital marketing,service co-ordination, content production, emotional intelligence and mentorship.
